Gethu Masala

Succulent cubes of chicken or lamb marinated for 24 hours, then skewered, smoked, and roasted over flaming charcoal, finished off in a rich tandoori masasla sauce with green herbs and vegetables. Served with butter naan and lemon rice. Lots of spice, medium hot.
