Using delivereasy

How does delivereasy work?

It’s easy! Enter your address, select a restaurant and make your order. Then enter your address (either create an account or just give us your details), pay for your meal by credit/debit card and sit back and wait for us to knock on the door with your dinner.

What kind of restaurants are listed on delivereasy?

We partner with your favourite restaurants to deliver top quality cuisine.

How is the food delivered to me?

One of our speedy drivers will deliver your meal on their noble steed (or motorised scooter). Don’t worry, we’ll keep it nice and hot.

How is the food packaged?

Each restaurant packages their meals appropriately - they know their food best. We’ll ensure it arrives in the way intended by the restaurant.

Can I order from more than one restaurant?

Not right now, it’s a logistical nightmare, but if you make separate orders we’ll deliver everything!

When can I get food delivered?

It depends on the restaurant, but our standard hours are 5.30pm to 10:00pm.

Why doesn't delivereasy accept cash?

It’s safer if our drivers don’t carry cash - plus it enables you to easily order and pay for your meal in one place.

Am I paying more than if I was in the restaurant?

No. Sometimes a restaurant will offer an alternative menu for delivereasy, but prices are the same as they would be at the restaurant.

Can I place orders in advance?

Sure, you can order food for later that day. After you’ve entered your postcode, choose your ideal delivery time and we’ll make it happen.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Call us on 0274233511 to let us know and we will do our best to sort it with the restaurant.

What if my order is late?

Some orders may take a little longer than average during busy periods. We’ll do our best to keep you up to date with an ETA should anything drastic happen. If you are unsatisfied, let us know by emailing support@delivereasy.co.nz and we can discuss a refund of your delivery fee.

Why aren't you delivering to my area yet?

We will be! Watch this space. Give us the hurry up by emailing info@delivereasy.co.nz and demanding we deliver to you ASAP!

What if I am not around when the delivery driver arrives?

We’ll give you a call to work out the best way to deliver the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t answer your mobile or email support@delivereasy.co.nz after 10 minutes our driver is required to leave and you will still be charged.

What if I have allergies?

Please contact the restaurant directly regarding special dietary requirements.
