Northern Thai mild curry noodle soup. Served w beef brisket, yellow noodles, shallots, coriander, chilli oil, pickled mustard greens, and crispy fried noodles.
Hot and sour soup w lemon rass, galangal, lime leaves, mushrooms, onion, spring onions, and coriander.
6 hour braised beef brisket, homemade green curry paste, eggplant, bamboo, and coriander.
Stir fried thin noodles w palm sugar, tamarind, fish sauce, egg, garlic, chives, bean sprouts, and roasted peanuts.
